NEW: Alejandro Mayorkas bailed on Hurricane Helene victims after just six hours, rushing back to Washington D.C. for overpriced sushi instead.

Mayorkas's fancy dinner cost him in the range of a whopping $60 per plate for sushi and sashimi selections, with Wagyu steaks going for as much as $40 per ounce.
