Habits are formed by a sequence of
1. Cues - obvious triggers
2. Cravings - desires
3. Responses - how we act
4. Reward - the final outcome

Almost any habit can be formed or broken by being aware of subconscious cues.

Jonah Hill’s “Stutz” is simple yet divine- an immensely heart warming conversation, as they unfold layers of mental illness. I could close my eyes hearing them speak to each other; and play out my own life in my head. Absolute Genius.

Matt Villa, the editor for the film “Elvis” is the guy who edited “The Great Gatsby”
Both directed by @bazluhrmann - both movies are filled with unbelievable transitions between scenes.
