Every life has value. Every conversation matters. On #WorldSuicidePreventionDay, let's choose compassion, check in on one another, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone. Hope and support can make all the difference.
On #WorldSuicidePreventionDay, our team joined partners in a solidarity walk this morning to raise awareness about suicide prevention and reaffirm our shared commitment to mental well-being. Together, we can create communities where no one has to face their struggles alone.
Every victim deserves to be seen, heard, protected, and supported. Today, IJM Kenya and the State Department for Justice, Human Rights and Constitutional Affairs signed an MoU to strengthen victim protection and advance the rights of victims of crime across Kenya.
At Muhuri Grounds today, we stand with survivors, @MissingVoicesKE partners, and criminal justice actors to launch the #HakiKwaWote campaign, calling for the criminalization of enforced disappearances and stronger victim protection.

Haki Kwa Wote means justice should not depend on who you are, where you live, or what resources you have. Everyone deserves protection, dignity, and equal access to justice. Learn why this matters and how we can all build a justice system that works

As the world marks the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances, we join our partners @MissingVoicesKE in remembering those who have disappeared, honoring their families' resilience, and standing with those who continue to seek truth and accountability.
Over the past two weeks, through our partnership with @lawsocietykenya and supported by @unwomenkenya, we are pleased to have trained over 50 lawyers and prosecutors across Nairobi and Kisumu on the collection, interpretation, and use of forensic evidence in SGBV cases.
