I’m significantly older than you. I started coding in the late 60s. My current strategy is to not read any of the code written by my agents. That’s the only way I can take advantage of their productivity. What I do instead is to surround the agents with extreme constraints. Unit tests, gherkin tests, QA procedures, quality metrics, mutation testing, test coverage, and a plethora of others. In the end, I have very high confidence in the code they produce because they’ve had to run the gauntlet of all of my constraints and tests.

Been using grok build with composer 2.5 to look at my home assistant setup and help me improve it. Such a great combination. Yesterday it build an automation to join an octopus saving session and export power!

Using the composer 2.5 model in grok build, the model sometimes thinks it's using cursor. Anyone else seen this?

One thing I have seen though is you can approve a plan for composer, sometimes with comments, and it doesn't complete it - you have to tell it to go ahead. But that's the same as having people working for you!

Been using Grok Build for about a week now. Took a little bit of getting use to the user interface but now love it. Switched to using composer and it's a revelation. Clear, straightforwards, gives good suggestions and doesn't burn through tokens! Perfect for my needs.

It's 2025 and most content is still written for humans instead of LLMs. 99.9% of attention is about to be LLM attention, not human attention.

E.g. 99% of libraries still have docs that basically render to some pretty .html static pages assuming a human will click through them. In 2025 the docs should be a single your_project.md text file that is intended to go into the context window of an LLM.

Repeat for everything.
