Can we normalize doctors not being able to save every patient, irrespective of their best efforts?

For young doctors, two phases are the toughest-
1.Being a first year resident with all the extra responsibilities and frustrations.
2.Sitting at home, not being able to work.
Due to govt and courts, thousands of young docs have been suffering for months, with no relief in sight.
