We fight for EVERY man scheduled for execution! EVERY time we try a little harder or look for new tactics! This is a war against a powerful group that seek vengeance in the name of justice! We must evolve past this archaic system! The death penalty must end! #SaveQuintinJones
#QuintinJones is asking for clemency: "I can continue to live life to better myself, to better those around me. All I'm asking you to do @GovAbbott is to give me a second chance at life." #ClemencyForQuin scheduled to be executed on May 19.

PLEASE sign this petition for Quinn’s clemency and read more about his story at link in our bio. I want to live in a world where people can change, heal, forgive, move forward and contribute light after darkness. Quin’s created light for years. Thread for more #ClemencyForQuin
#breaking A court has agreed to push back the next Texas execution, which was scheduled for 4/20.

The death penalty has no place in any society.
@POTUS has the power to halt all executions and commute the sentences of every person on federal death row, and today @RepCori and I led 35 of our colleagues in calling on him to do exactly that.

Knowing that his successor opposes the death penalty, Donald Trump has rushed to execute as many people as possible before the transition. He has executed more individuals in weeks than had been federally executed in more than 60 years. Absolutely shameful. End the death penalty.
In yet another after-midnight ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court has allowed the federal government to proceed with Lisa Montgomery’s execution immediately. This decision will forever be a scarlet letter for the SCOTUS — a complete failure to protect our most vulnerable citizens.
