Dear @nsitharaman
Why does the Government feel that they have a right to tax the residents for the maintenance fees of their own apartments?
What exactly is the Government's contribution, by which you feel that you have a right to "demand" tax on building maintenance funds?

If true, are there no checks and balances? Did the judges not have even basic tech knowledge to verify originality? These things are even more rampant in hardware. Most of the Aatmanirbhar Bharat products are just Chinese goods rebranded and repackaged as Indian.
Every politician, high-ranked govt official, judge, etc., has a "Sahyogi", once a peon or driver doubling up, but now hired separately for extra security.
This "Sahyogi" negotiates and collects bribes on their behalf. Once the deal is done, they inform the official, who then delivers a favorable decision.
There’s a clear understanding: if caught, the "Sahyogi" takes the blame, claiming he was unauthorized and collected money without the official’s knowledge. The official acts shocked, publicly denounces him for tarnishing his spotless reputation, but once the dust settles, ensures "Sahyogi" faces no real consequences using his powerful position.
Being a "Sahyogi" is a high-paying, low-risk job. Don't deny it if an offer ever comes your way.
Public trust in the Indian Judiciary = 💩 right now.
From mountains of 💵 in a judge’s home to a long rope for rich criminals to normalising sexual violence.
Courts can’t be exclusive clubs anymore. Big reforms. Full transparency. Now.
My take:
