The Equality Court has found #NgizweMchunu guilty of hate speech, unfair discrimination & contravention of the Equality laws and ordered him to:

1. Permanently not publish any further material on any online platform that directly and indirectly discriminates against any LGBQTIA+ persons or communities.

2. His march to Mai Mai on 5 October 2025 constituted harassment against gay and lesbian people.

3. He is permanently prohibited from instigating any persons from intimidating any gay or lesbian people & LGBTQIA+ persons

4. He is ordered to publish an apology 5 days from today on his Facebook page and pin it for 3 months.

5. He is ordered to pay R250k to an organisation chosen by the Human Rights Commission.

6. He must go sensitivity training within 120 days of the order.

7. He must pay legal fees for the SA Human Rights Attorneys.

Yusuf Omar from Omar’s Motor Den, who was arrested yesterday when the @RSASIU pounced, was not charged.

He apparently insisted on “proper service” before the execution of any order and objected to the SIU removing a white Bentley from the dealership floor, maintaining that it was not the vehicle referred to in the order.

It is understood that the detention related to the alleged obstruction of officials during the operation.

However, following intervention by attorneys and clarification of the order, the order was complied with “under a strict reservation of rights”, and Omar was later released without charge.

Sources say that Omar’s Motor Den may approach the courts for relief should a suitable and cost-effective arrangement not be reached with the curator and the SIU.

Hello. Some of you mean well and I always appreciate and reflect on your counsel. But not always. For months, @Dischem 's Mark Saltzman (who has now deleted his account ( called me a bitch. I did nothing. I assumed he was another angry troll. I didn't know who he was until he outed himself and talked about his mommy's money.

Last week someone accused me of taking CR17 money. They retracted and apologized. Previously it's CIA, Stellenbosch Mafia, USAID and mysterious "handlers." I let it go so many times. So when you advise me to be restrained you must know I HAVE BEEN restrained. But there are days when things must be addressed. Today is one of them.
Presumably @Dischem is familiar with Mark's vocabulary and they know that he exercises his freedom of speech by calling people who disagree with him "BITCHES" for opposing Israel. I do hope that unlike Mark, they don't demand that their philanthropic interventions are conditional to South Africans supporting Israel. We don't have to. But I can live with the son of the founder of @Dischem and a major shareholder calling me a bitch. Repeatedly. But don't accuse of taking any money that I have not earned. I have also lent my name, time and access to worthy courses. Including for the some of the people who now call me antisemitic. The difference between me and them is that I don't think contributing to OUR South Africa must be transactional and conditional on them bending to my will. In conclusion, please do call me a bitch any time you want. But do not lie about serious things. I won't play along.
