@NeptuneMoon @theJoeShmow Would love to hear from @GinnyMarvin about this. I find it hard to believe they would do this, as you can grade poor quality leads as “duplicate” as a feedback signal. Billing for a follow up call from an already qualified lead makes zero sense.
