My first duty station was overseas, at one of the Marine Expeditionary Units, and it was at that point, the Rose colored tint, was ripped off my eyeballs. The Innocent farm boy, died that day. Ty

@Chaos2Cured @BasedShots @lamps_apple @iam_smx I grew up on a farm, so I can definitely relate. A lot of work, for very little gain, at least financially, but never did we go hungry or cold. If I did go hungry or cold, it was 100% my own fault.

A lifetime of growing up, right above the poverty line, in a large close-knit family, changes your perspective.
