@Kuhant@Dailymirror_SL Yes, QR code seems to be is still in operation. The law governing QRs has not ben cancelled. It has brought in a lot of discipline into the distribution of fuel.
@Dailymirror_SL I believe the Police will review these video footage and identify the suspects, who have no right to assault another human being, by taking the law unto their hands.
Their QR codes must be cancelled when they are identified beyond doubt.
