I love this @Fin_ai feature.
It's both extremely powerful and quite hard to get it working really well, but we closely monitor our suggest acceptance rate and it's doing incredible numbers.

I recently got to record an episode of 'Off Script' for @intercom.
I tried to share some of what we've learned trying to automate a whole business process end-to-end; some pain points compared to non-AI product development; and the visceral experience of seeing a technology revolution kick-off in real time.
As the hype cycle continues to twist and turn, recently I'm seeing disillusionment that a lot of AI products are thin, and not delivering real value.
At Intercom, we've taken an opinionated stance on this from early on, really concentrating our investment into deep products - I try to explain some of the thinking behind this decision here.

This is a really good writeup of a cloud migration. It starts with the principles first, which are way more important than whichever particular technology choices were made along the way.
