Ethiopia now has two drone factories in the country producing long range and tactical drones which they term a deterrent to future conflict with Tigray, though it is hard to see them as such when they are already being used offensively. https://t.co/NpQiJLLZSL
If Eritreans really spent over $1.8 million on Miss World paid votes, itโs enough to make one wonder how many schools, clinics or community projects that money could have built. This primary school from a year ago suddenly comes to mind. ๐ค
Honorable @AsstSecStateAF, due to the spoiler character of the Ethiopian regime, the Horn of Africa (HoA) is in critical condition from supporting, arming, and facilitating the #Sudan war, which is leading to massacres, ethnic polarization, and civil war in
Assistant Secretary Frank Garcia met with Ethiopian Foreign Minister Gedion Timothewos to discuss a range of issues. Highlighting the direct link between peace and economic growth, Assistant Secretary Garcia urged progress on regional stability and de-escalating conflict in the Horn of Africa.
@AsstSecStateAF Ethiopia, as well as the invasion of coastal neighboring countries to secure an aquatic outlet from other sovereign states rather than through diplomatic engagement to gain access via commercial means. Overall, to halt all this, the USA and other countries should apply
But the question is, who has committed crimes against humanity and genocide by facilitating mercenaries arming against the people of Sudan, which are mostly unrecognized by the international community?
Notice how some naive Ethiopians blame Ethiopia for supporting RSF. Itโs simply tit for tat. SAF & Eritrea are conspiring against Ethiopia under Egyptโs umbrella. Expecting Ethiopia to stay silent and act like a weak country is wrong. Ethiopia is fully capable of shaping HoA
How can I go to Eritrea from Nigeria, I am beginning to fall in love with that country. It has many honourable people. We need to strengthen #Nigeria - #Eritrea cooperation in a face of a changing challenging world and landscape.
#Asmara is calling. ๐๐ง
Asseb is not contested, and #Eritrea is not #Ethiopia , which is divided ethnically. Every inch of its land belongs to the Eritrean people, regardless of their color or ethnicity, and they have equal rights due to their equal sacrifices to achieve sovereignty from the invaders.
#Commentary: From Contested Port to Shared Gateway: Sustainable #Ethiopia-#Eritrea peace via #Afar rights, #Dankalia constitutional autonomy
Discussions surrounding the Port of #Assab have largely centred on Ethiopiaโs economic interests and Eritreaโs sovereignty claims, while overlooking the Indigenous Afar people, writes Ahmed Y. Mohamed. He asks, "Who gave either state the right to speak for the Afar Nation without the Afar at the table?"
The author argues that resolving the geopolitical stalemate requires more than bilateral negotiations between the two states.
The author notes, "The road to Assab must therefore pass not only through #Addis_Abeba and #Asmara. It must pass through the Afar Nation."

The darkest supply line of Sudan's bloody civil war has once again been exposed by flight-tracking data. At a time when Ethiopia has become the main hub for resupplying the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia, 44 suspicious cargo flights from the United Arab Emirates to Ethiopia
Sudan's war is not sustained by accident it is sustained by logistics. In August alone, flight-tracking data captured 44 cargo flights from the UAE to Ethiopia, now the principal rear base for resupplying the Rapid Support Forces, a militia accused of genocide.
The operation was anything but improvised: 13 different Ilyushin Il-76TD heavy freighters flew the route 22 from Al Reef Airbase, 20 from Al Ain Airport and 2 from Sweihan Airbase. That is more than a flight a day, on average, along a corridor Abu Dhabi insists does not exist.

were identified in August alone.
According to flight-tracking data, the sorties were carried out by 13 different Ilyushin Il-76TD heavy cargo aircraft. The picture is striking: 22 flights departed from Al Reef Airbase, 20 from Al Ain Airport and 2 from Sweihan Airbase.

Excited to learn that the woman currently leading the #MissWorld2026 Peopleโs Choice vote in Africa is a Montessori educator who wants to increase opportunities for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Congrats, #SnitHabteab!

As she endorsed whether she mentioned Eritrea or not, it is well-known from where and for whom she represents, so let's not focus on the small spoiler instead of watching the elephant in the room.
Thanks, @HabenGirma, for your appreciation of the Eritrean
@HabenGirma@HabenGirma Youโre Eritrean yourself, making this omission even more shameful. Snit is representing ERITREA ๐ช๐ท as our first ever Miss World contestant and is No. 1 in Africa. Leaving out her nationality is a deliberate attempt to erase Eritrea from its own history.
