😀NEWS: New Mexico Court of Appeals affirms a district court's ruling for me in my public records (IPRA) lawsuits against @UNMFund & @UNMLoboClub, which argued that private non-profits that solely exist to support a public university (@UNM) are subject to public disclosure laws.

.@GeoffGrammer writes up Elijah Brown's (@_eb4_) tweet accusing former UNM coach Craig Brown of being a racist. Nobody comments, other than @EddieNunezAD, who wasn't AD at the time, but who says he's unaware of claims being formally made against Neal.

Brown is now years removed from UNM and a professional basketball player in his own right. He is not under Neal's putative control. Neal, meanwhile, is still employed as a D1 college basketball coach. If @_eb4_ sincerely believes the truth of what he tweeted, substantiate it.
