When it comes to legit licensed Multicam fabric, you’ve got two choices: China or USA-made. Prices aren’t far off but I don’t work out of China. So I’m exporting US-made Multicam, the same stuff used by Spiritus, Ferro, Crye, etc.
The upcoming Multicam Väkärián, Apothecary, and Gizmo Glider Sling will all use this milspec fabric, webbing and velcro No shortcuts. No fake prints.
To keep it fair, I’m not adding margin on the Multicam. If it costs $5 more to make, that’s exactly how much more it’ll be nothing extra.
I wake up strapped to a metal chair in a dark concrete room. My head pounds, my mouth is dry, and across from me sits DJ Shipley, smiling.
“Good, you’re awake.”
I start struggling against the restraints. “Release me, I DON’T KNOW YOOR PRATISCORE, get me out of here.”
He shakes his head. “No.”
He picks up a Mk.18 with a Hydra Mount. “No…” I whisper, watching the stock rise higher and higher until it’s practically touching his collarbone.
I start screaming. “DJ NO! YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO THIS!”
The buff medium shirt wearing guards pin my shoulders down as DJ slowly shoulders the rifle. “Observe proper technique.”
DJ places the base point of his Magpul CTR to high on his shoulder
I let out a cry that can only be described as primal. “No, Not like that!
He ignores me. The guards laugh. One throws up from witnessing the stock placement. Another crosses himself. DJ sets the rifle down and I think the nightmare is over.
It isn’t.
He picks up a pistol with a red dot. I close my eyes and beg. He looks directly into them, then into my soul, and says: “When using a red dot, simply focus on the dot.”
I begin convulsing. “You focus on the TARGET! THE TARGET DJ! THE TARGET!”
He leans in. “I can’t hear you.”
For days the torture continues improper stock placement, HYDRA discussions, not a single mention of a shot timer. Every morning I wake up hoping it was a dream. Every morning DJ walks back in and subjects me to such barbarity.
Eventually I notice the guards have stopped watching me. They’re too busy arguing amongst themselves about whose setup is more optimized, neither realizing they’ve been having the same conversation for six straight hours. I spot my chance and slip free. Nobody notices.
I grab my BCM 12.5 inch, with Arisaka light mount to a Streamlight WML, Aimpoint T2 without magnifier & GIZMØ GLÏDÈR sling. I know most gun battles happen under 50 yards so this set up is optimized, I then sprint through the facility as alarms blare. Behind me: “HE’S ESCAPING! STOP HIM!” then, a beat later “TARGET IS NOT RUNNING A HYDRA MOUNT, BE ADVISED”
Fools, don’t they know the standard optic height is the best one? I burst through the front doors.
Outside, America has changed. Everyone’s a gay liberal. GBRS was part of the elite propaganda group to make everyone’s shooting technique slightly wrong. Gun culture eroded, nobody knows how to properly see a buttock. Red-dot acquisition is slightly slower. Over the generations, Split times were in shambles, practiscore’s nonexistent. Men were weak and the global homo agenda took advantage of it. This was now a conquered nation.
I dropped to my knees. My scream echoed across the once glorious republic. Why am I here, just to suffer? As I sunk into my own black pill, as I lost all hope, I heard a voice from behind me “you’re gonna give up that easily? I don’t think you’re cut out for my class.” I looked over my shoulder, noticed, who stood before me…
Ben?

My original repair center unfortunately shut down. The good news is it wasn’t repairing RÈBÈLs RÄIDERs gear it was mostly me fixing damaged Cannae backpacks, some of which were pushing a decade old at that point. Which is honestly kind of wild. Also, who else repairs kit from a company they simply used to *work* for? I literally had ZERO stake in the place.
Moving forward, I’ve been kicking around an idea: repairing *other* people’s kit. I have a small RÈBÈLs RÄIDERs branding tag that I put on my own gear, and I think it’d be fun to repair someone else’s equipment and tag it with mine.
Then, purely for the entertainment value, take a photo, post it, tag the original company, and say something like:
“They wouldn’t help you. Don’t worry, I will.” 😂
The reposts would be the most entertaining. If I ever go that route, the coping and seething would be absolutely legendary.
I have a serious question for anyone at the Office of the Secretary of the Navy or the Department of War. Why are underway Sailors at Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia, many of whom are currently deployed to the Middle East for combat operations against Iran, required to pay $80 per month to the Navy Exchange (NEX) - a retail chain meant to support Sailors and their families which is owned and operated by the U.S. Navy - just to store their cars inside an overgrown, nonsecure, fenced lot? If Sailors decide not to park in the lot and leave their car anywhere else on base, they risk having their car towed, impounded, and in some cases auctioned off. How does this support our Sailors, many of whom are already struggling financially? Can something please be done about this? @SECNAV@USNavy@DeptofWar@DOWResponse@PeteHegseth
With the upcoming restock still a few months away, I want everyone to know just how much work went into it.
After the last two drops sold out, I went through everything I could get my hands on. Every video review. Every write-up. Every DM. Every customer comment. Every piece of feedback I could find.
And when I say every detail, I mean every detail.
Things like moving interior Velcro a millimeter so it sits flatter. Adjusting stitch placement. Standardizing webbing. Matching materials. Matching hardware. Matching construction methods. Eliminating small variances wherever possible.
I obsessed over consistency.
My goal wasn’t to reinvent anything. My goal was to make sure that when you open a package from RÈBÈLs RÄIDÈRs, you’re getting the exact same quality, materials, and construction every single time.
No shortcuts. No silent changes. No swapping components. No surprises.
I went through every issue, suggestion, and observation I could find and applied what made sense. Not because anyone forced me to, but because I genuinely care about making the best gear possible at the price point we’re trying to hit.
I can’t promise perfection. Nobody can. But I can promise that I left absolutely nothing on the table.
I hope when this restock arrives, you can see the work that went into it and enjoy it as much as I’ve enjoyed building it.
Here’s a güd question - as far as the message you wanna hear when I talk about Fitness, which one’s more effective in general motivation?
You’re fat - get going
Or
You can be better - get going

The problem with Michigan weather:
Summer and fall are unbeatable and unreplicable.
You can move away to a warmer climate. I did.
But it's not the same.
Not the same cool breeze. Not the same sound the wind makes moving through the trees. Not the same pine smell. The grass feels and smells different.
So you can leave, and miss all that. Or you can stay, and put up with rest of it. The cold, the clouds, the mud and snow. And find something good in that, too. I did.
Idk who needs to hear this, but you don’t have to throw your hand all the way out on your rail.
If having it closer gives you a more durable and consistent connection to the rifle, just do that.
And no it doesn’t slow down transitions. In fact, over extending makes them worse

Maybe I know you.
Maybe I don’t.
