Heart-felt #compassion for patrons of #streetdogmenace from me.
Before opening my heart for #DogLovers including @RahulGandhi, 1st the background.
Please show #patience to read bitter #Truth before hounding me out of X.
I was traumatized as kid by a #straydog that attacked me from backside when I was eating lunch with 2 friends on school playground in 1963 or so at #udhampur .
I had the misfortune of seeing one of my friends die of #rabies at a cell in #Faridabad's Badshah Khan hospital during 1967 or 68. All persons who came in contact with this boy were asked to get vaccinated.
In my twilight yrs, I am now facing grave risk of bleeding to death if bitten by any dog. This is because I am taking daily two different blood thinners after undergoing a cardiac procedure during June 2025.
I know #doglovers wud mock me for being selfish for 3 reasons: A) I want to live to care for my son, who underwent 3 implant-related surgeries in nine months (Oct2024-June2025) in Mumbai. He is a bone-cancer survivor since 2004.
B) I want live to care for my wife who has been fighting multiple health issues due to diabetes, cardiac and other medical problems.
C) I want to repair my Delhi flat whose entry I found as stray dog feeding spot during my last visit in May 2025. I found the flat's door trespassed by 2 strays. The #dogs did not let me move out of the flat for 20 minutes till I sent an SOS to the housing society guard. I hv the video and photos of dogs blocking my flat's entrance.
Now a liberal dose of compassion: I urge @narendramodi ji to issue an #ordinance, mandating each dog lover to convert at least one room of their respective residence as shelter for strays. Such shelters shd be open to surprise inspection.
The Ordinance shd stipulate strong inoculation of rabies #virus in 100 #doglovers for each death due to rabies.
Such rabies-infected, dog lovers should be ring-fenced and left in company of dozens of #pitbull and other ferocious breeds.
Another key provision should be for each person mauled by pack of dogs, 100 #DogLoversOnly shd be randomly picked and subjected by matching 'compassionate' attack.
Yet another key feature should be launch of Rs 10,000- crore dog victims compensation fund to be wholly subscribed by activists protesting against #SupremeCourt order.
I beg #DogLovers to not snatch my #Right to die with dignity, if not let me live as long as desired by the #God.

A country that can’t care for its animals especially dogs is not a country that is compassionate.

The Supreme Court is so so wrong on this one. Said both as a dog lover and a proud Indian. Some one needs to file a review petition! Soonest…
