@ShopandShip Hi, any news? @Aramex @CITC_withU

[Najib @nmouqtadi]

@ShopandShip Hi, would you please check the DM I sent you.

[Najib @nmouqtadi]

@ShopandShip Hi, I can't wait anymore, I gave you enough time, I've never had an experience this bad!!
Nothing has changed for the last 3 weeks, this is unaceptable !!! @CITC_withU @Aramex

[Najib @nmouqtadi]

@ShopandShip I replied, all I need now is for those custom duties & VAT charges to disappear from my account (already paid) and for my package to get delivered to me this week. @CITC_withU

[Najib @nmouqtadi]

@ShopandShip I just sent you a proof of payment via DM.
Don't tell me that I paid and waited 2 weeks for nothing !!
I think that's the case and most probably no customs clearance process has been started. no waaaay !!!
And please don't even try to tell me you'll keep me posted !!
@CITC_withU

[Najib @nmouqtadi]

@ShopandShip I have just checked S&S app and to my surprise I found a pending payment which has something to do with customs charges, those I already paid by transferring money as requested to Aramex bank account, would you please check this out. @CITC_withU @Aramex

[Najib @nmouqtadi]

@ShopandShip Hi, Is there any progress? @CITC_withU @Aramex
