There is no comparison of lentils and nuts with eggs. NONE.

Finally read a basic nutrition book. Its available free online on the icmr website so that such dumb comparisons are not made.

PS: lentils and nuts are healthy and have a role in nutrition diversity. But as a protein source vis a vis eggs or animal protein, nope.
