Eamon Lynch is dumb. Sorry, but I had to put it in crude & simple terms (he's mean and nasty too but more on that soon.) He doesn't understand that LIV isn't going away with a merger of 'commercial interests'. The Tour and LIV will still continue to operate independently but with cooperation that's really forced by economics. Lynch also doesn't grasp that LIV may be called something different but the teams and international circuit are not going away. Lynch isn't in reality. Yasir Al-Rumayyan isn't going to lose billions. He's going to sell teams and get a return on investment. LIV didn't back down. The PGA TOUR came to Al-Rumayyan when their reserves ran low and the realized they were going to fall. Al-Rumayyan is playing chess and Golfweek/Lynch can't even play checkers. Most astonishing is that Lynch doesn't understand the talking points put out at the merger announcement about Monahan "reviewing" LIV at the end of the year was just candy to get the PGA TOUR members to calm down. The real story is that the PGAT and Monahan didn't have the leadership to figure this out and work it out with LIV. Instead they went on a scorched earch PR campaign, drug the families of 9/11 victims into this, and ended up with an epic failed strategy. @golfweek@PGATOUR@LIVGolfNation@livgolf_league@PIF_en@DPWorldTour

In my new 'Paddy's Golf Tips' video, Iย discuss the concepts of shaft lean and clubhead release.Pulling up and putting the brakes on at impact, will help throw the clubhead through for the best and most efficient strike, whilst creating spin and distance. https://t.co/cZMnT31k4Y
