Results day 2024 has been another occasion of much celebration for the SJBC community! 100% of our pupils achieved a minimum 7A*-C grades. 96.2% of pupils achieved minimum of 8A*-C. 93% of pupils achieved minimum of 9A*-C 💙💛💙💛

The SJBC school community were delighted to receive a visit from Mr Richard Pengelly (Chief Executive of the Education Authority) this afternoon.

Mr Pengelly was greeted with a musical reception before sitting with our Principal, members of the Senior Leadership Team and some governors to discuss the exciting journey which SJBC has been on since it opened. They also discussed current issues and plans for the future growth.

Mr Pengelly then visited a STEM lesson where he met some young scientists, eco warriors and a number of IT enthusiasts. He even engaged in a few experiments!

Mrs Murray said that “We are very grateful to Mr Pengelly for taking the time out of his busy schedule to visit our school. It was really wonderful to see how easily he interacted with our pupils and took a real interest in life in SJBC’
