@WestJet My friend’s mom is flying from Ontario to BC—for the birth of her first grandchild. A domestic flight. So why was her daughter forced to drive 30+ minutes home and back just to show the same credit card used to book the ticket? What exactly were you trying to prove?

@WestJet why does one need a proof of credit card to fly? I am in labour and my mom is trying to get on her flight that my sister purchase and they lady said she can’t fly without proof of that credit card.
My mom is about to miss the birth of her first grandchild ?! Yall good?

I will never use @ezhire UAE for car rentals ever again. I have paid more in random charges than the car rental itself & they refuse to explain why they are charging. Not to mention a car rental being more than 6 hours later than the time that was booked. Stay away from @eZhire.

@WestJet is wild. You say you can’t approve a claim for expenses I incurred when you moved me to a next day flight. Money I spent on a hotel both in the overnight city and also the city I was supposed to travel to, on food & clothes/toiletries b/c you held my luggage. 😒 #robbery
