@WKennyGMB @DanielKebedeNEU Except that national collective bargaining doesn't affect members who are not in a Green Book setting. Independent schools, free schools, academy chains. They don't follow all the Green Book. Shouldn't they have the right to choose their own union?

@DanielKebedeNEU @WKennyGMB Given the fragmentation of schools and settings, if you take out the LA schools, you'd still have support staff not covered by these agreements! They deserve to choose a union they feel will fight for them. Independent schools, free schools, academy schools - not all green book!
