माननीय दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने श्री दुष्यंत कुमार गौतम जी, भाजपा राष्ट्रीय महासचिव, एवं पूर्व सांसद, के विरुद्ध प्रसारित अपमानजनक एवं दुर्भावनापूर्ण सामग्री के प्रसार पर रोक लगा दी है।

माननीय न्यायालय ने
भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस,
आम आदमी पार्टी
तथा उनसे जुड़े अन्य सोशल मीडिया हैंडल्स को निर्देश दिया है कि वे तत्काल प्रभाव से सभी मानहानिकारक पोस्ट हटाएँ, तथा उन्हें एवं उनके प्रतिनिधियों को भविष्य में ऐसी किसी भी सामग्री के प्रसार से प्रतिबंधित किया है।

यह आदेश पुनः स्पष्ट करता है कि राजनीतिक असहमति, मानहानि का लाइसेंस नहीं हो सकती, और झूठे एवं दुर्भावनापूर्ण प्रचार पर कानून का शासन सर्वोपरि है।

इस महत्वपूर्ण वाद में मुझे पक्ष की ओर से बहस करने एवं माननीय न्यायालय की सहायता करने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ।

इस प्रकरण में मुझे श्री राघव अवस्थी, सुश्री सिमरन ब्रार, श्री नीलमणि गुहा, सुश्री रुही अंसारी एवं श्री रवि गुप्ता द्वारा कुशलतापूर्वक सहयोग प्राप्त हुआ।
