The 2018 tour wasn't super great on racing until the last non-Paris road stage (roglic won). I remember the scenery being great

@ShadeSalvo @AP The urban heat island effect exists regardless of whether the climate is changing. Did you watch the video? Dark asphalt holds onto the summer heat and makes surrounding neighborhoods hotter. People have died in heat waves because their neighborhoods are like a hot thermos.

I'm a bit suspicious of PHY, having 50s on color hard (~roughly 1/40,000 level), both sound levels (each in the 1/10000-1/30,000 range), and I think twice on time hard (roughly 1/3,000). It's probably the same person. They could be cracked in all of those, I guess.
