@FACEIT_Darwin Hi, This response completely misses the point. My cousin and I were disconnected from the FACEIT server in the middle of a match and were unable to reconnect for the entire game.

+We submit tickets to your support team expecting our issue to actually be reviewed, but instead it feels like our tickets are simply being read and answered with generic automated responses without anyone even looking at the demo or match logs.
