According to Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, Palestinian doctor Hussam Abu Safia continues to be subjected to exceptionally harsh torture after nearly 18 months in Israeli custody.

Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor reports that Israeli interrogators are attempting to "coerce him into confessing to offences he did not commit, while he remains imprisoned under Israel’s so-called 'Unlawful Combatant' law."

The Palestinian doctor remains imprisoned without charge or trial alongside at least 14 other medical doctors from Gaza, compounding the collapse of the enclave's healthcare infrastructure. Since the beginning of the genocide in the Gaza Strip, Israeli occupation forces have killed approximately 1,700 healthcare workers and detained hundreds more.

Many of these medical professionals were targeted after refusing to abandon their hospitals and patients, marking a systematic campaign to dismantle Gaza's healthcare network and forcibly displace the native population.

Israel’s largest arms firms angrily refused to answer questions from independent media at an arms fair in England on Monday.

They had been invited to the Farnborough International Airshow despite being required by French authorities to cover their stands in black drapes at the Paris airshow last year.

⚡️🇵🇸 Gaza’s Health Ministry warns that an unprecedented shortage of cancer drugs has forced the suspension of chemotherapy protocols for breast, colorectal, gastrointestinal, head and neck cancers, sarcomas, and other tumors.

Some life-saving drugs, chemotherapy agents, immune-support injections, painkillers, and palliative medications have been completely depleted, while breast cancer departments can no longer accept new patients.

Of Gaza’s 11,000 cancer patients, 4,000 have referrals for treatment abroad but remain waiting for permission to leave.

The ministry said the collapse of specialized treatment, lack of diagnostic equipment, and continued Israeli travel restrictions pose a direct threat to patients’ lives.
