Customers deserve proper resolution, not repeated scripts.

However, UBA customer service keeps repeating the same scripted response, asking me for an ARN that does not exist.

This has led to unnecessary back-and-forth with no real investigation.

The attached screenshot is a response to the third time I was asking for the ARN

Uber has confirmed the charge was only an authorization hold and that the funds were released from their end.

They also made it clear that authorization holds do NOT generate an ARN.
