This is pretty horrible. @Delta moved my wife’s seat who happened to be sitting next to my 2 year old daughter. Delta is saying tough luck and good luck at the gate. They’re saying they can’t do anything about it but to be rest assured. @PeteButtigieg how can this be possible :(
Any executive that works in phone based customer support should be forced to listen to their hold music.
In my anecdotal experience, there seems to be no larger disconnect in a customer experience vs what executives would be aware of and how much that impacts the customer.
