If I were you, I would actually go or delegate a fact find mission. Assess what's being said whilst on the ground mobilise for funding either publicly through government coffers, i.e., line ministries or privately, i.e., through PPAs. Then invite @daddyhope to say look we have fixed this. Is there any other issue of concern as a citizen than to go vile and threatening. You are the people who make our race being viewed as if we don't think across the world, especially coming a person with Dr salutation. We need better from you, accept criticism and outshine it by fixing the issue at hand not threatening it.
