@AmazonHelp As most people blame delivery agents for bad products and often harass them. Hence they were not delivering in fear.

I had ordered protein shake from @Amul_Coop having order id : OID333015 on 7th March and since then it's been a suffering.
Firstly they don't answer their emails and customer care and if they do they are really slow it took them 4 days to dispatch the order.

@AmazonHelp Thanks Syed, it's been a great help i personally had to go to the delivery hub and collect the order as delivery agents there are not going to deliver it and going to return to seller as they are afraid of the people they are delivering to.

@AmazonHelp Contacted them, talked to around 4 customer care associate one said they agreed that delivery agent is faking the delivery attempts. One of them suggested to go to the delivery hub and collect the order myself and even gave me the address of delivery hub.

@AmazonHelp This doesn't work tried this the customer support team says the order was placed through third party website and used amazon shipping. I am unable to contact Amazon shipping and delivery agent is not picking call where will the customer go.
