@hwinkler4real I was out in Monterey the day he died. I was coming out of the aquarium and I headed down Cannery Row to grab a bite to eat. I walked into a shop and the tv was on and they had just announced his death. The locals were crying and everyone had a good story about meeting him.
@Kica333 When I was 12, I was talking to one of my best friends on the phone and he said “I love you” and then explained he meant to say it to his mom as she was going to bed. I said I know, because I could see me doing it too. He died at 18 and I wish I could say to it him now…
@SoliDeoGloria75 @ArthurCasey514 @peeringso @Hellooo_Kittah@Red_Pill_US How fucking stupid are you? Pretty stupid. Bullets and ammo was needed for the war effort. They didn’t waste that on the camps. They needed it for their guards, but they didn’t want to waste it on killing the prisoners. Anyone who knows anything about WWII would know this.
@SoliDeoGloria75 @ArthurCasey514 @peeringso @Hellooo_Kittah@Red_Pill_US Again…you’re thinking about how we do it now. Nobody builds furnaces that big for cremations these days. Those were massive furnaces designed to create a lot of energy. They weren’t fucking around on this…they had a job to do.
@SoliDeoGloria75 @ArthurCasey514 @peeringso @Hellooo_Kittah@Red_Pill_US Like the article says...they would put as many bodies into one oven as they could, so like up to five to ten bodies were going into one oven. It's not like how we "decently" cremate people now days...the Nazis were slamming them in like wood to get the job done.
@SoliDeoGloria75 @ArthurCasey514 @peeringso @Hellooo_Kittah@Red_Pill_US If it takes 2-3 hrs to burn a body then you can burn roughly 10 bodies a day. So for a furnace to burn 340 a day, then they had around 30 or so oven receptacles attached to one furnace.
@SoliDeoGloria75 @ArthurCasey514 @peeringso @Hellooo_Kittah@Red_Pill_US Your math is assuming that one furnace can only burn one body at a time…and that’s not how the furnaces were configured. They had multiple receptacles for burning bodies. That’s what all of the pics from the time show.
@katwomanofsteel@SaraCarruthers6 JFC…is she going to try to close it? It’s one of my favorite places to visit in the state. What is wrong with people these days? Doesn’t she realize there are a few Christian themed pieces there?
