@2a4x4Accountant @sharefile The best thing about Sharefile is unlimited KBA through Right Signature. I am just moving to Soraban to have a more all in one solution. It worked/works great outside of billing issues. I think it has gone down like once in 5 years I have been using it that I noticed.

Someone from @sharefile keeps telling me that I owe a thousand bucks. They keep sending me a PDF with a link to pay that is not on a sharefile/progress website. I am refusing to pay anything until I can see an invoice when I log into my Sharefile. I don't see how I am being unreasonable here.

@KJSAcct @sharefile I was on the bubble for keeping it so I am just downloading everything at this point. I am using Soraban now so I can just use that for my file sharing and it is a good opportunity to actually remove the super old files I have.

@KJSAcct @sharefile My main issue is that I can see every other invoice in my Sharefile account and I paid my 2026 through there. It just seems bizarre that this is being handled differently.
