The captain isn't answering my call when I tried to reach out to him - more than 20 calls. These kinds of FRAUDS are DAMAGING your brand name.

@rapidobikeapp 1/2 The trip was for delivering a small packet. Fare details showed Rs174 and I PAID the AMOUNT UPFRONT (in advance) with cash. The person who received the parcel was asked to pay 183, which he did. This was a fraud as the Captain had already received the payment
