@GWRHelp Hi, I booked two sets of tickets Frome-Newbury to leave at 9.28 arrive 10.25 and Newbury - Oxford to leave 10.26 , but I can’t see these trains on national rail enquiries - have they been cancelled? I had a strange reminder email only about Frome-westbury.

@GWRHelp hey i need to travel Stansted airport to Frome on 21st dec but my ticket needs to be bought in advance by a Hungarian account. it’s not letting them book in advance on the 16:12 to 20:01 service - is there anything they need to do differently?

@GWRHelp ah, now i see the issue. there’s no e-ticket option, just to pick up with the payment card - but obviously i won’t have the Hungarian agency’s card. any other options? i don’t think they want to pay for ticket postage.
