@AmericanAir I told them this was unacceptable and escalated my complaint. I was met with a "you completed the flight so there's nothing we can do". This is how @AmericanAir treats active duty military and their family.

Travelling to my sisters wedding our @AmericanAir flight left early (when we had three ticketed people already checked in). Because of them departing early, they said we were too late to check our bag, and bumped us to a later flight. That meant we had to stay the night in Dallas

@AmericanAir I submitted a complaint to @AmericanAir requesting reimbursement for delayed flights, hotel in Dallas, damaged bag, broken stroller, and missed check in fees. They gave us a $25 credit to use on future flights.
