@I_amMukhtar Yep. Peter Thiel and Curtis Yarvin are also involved and the media gave them their full support to drive a Black man to suicide. Grotesque monsters, all of them.
At a time when Black Americans make up 14.5% of our population — just 5% are doctors, 4% are dentists & 8.6% are nurses.
Now, Trump is making a bad health care situation even worse by cutting funding for Black medical schools due to his racist policies.
That is outrageous.
So fascinating that so many men believe IQ tests are a robust measure of intelligence and are defending Cofnas’s writing on that basis. It’s as if the 20th century never happened.
If you genuinely believe a single word you’ve said here about “bad faith ideologues” then you should fully support a full and thorough investigation into Cofnas, his work, his hiring, his connections, the motivations behind his work, and his behavior in and outside his academic position.
After all, it’s about academic integrity, right?
How deranged and actually insane that the resources of the United States government is now being used to perpetuate racism. Wow. Yeah, "free speech". But the same administration has relentlessly attacked and withheld funds from US universities for the purposes of differing ideology. And we are not surprised that Cofnas's view that Black people are inferior to white people is "accurate" view. This is the same white house that posts videos of Black people as monkeys. What a disgrace!
There is clearly a whole ecosystem ready to defend Nathan Cofnas — media outlets, commentators, academics and institutions. It is hard to believe this level of influence exists without serious institutional backing.
Another platform rushing to rehabilitate Cofnas as the “victim.” The masks are coming off. This is bigger than one academic: it is a network defending racial hierarchy and calling it “free speech.” Now we stand together and fight it together
NEW: I can't get this story out of my head. And I know I'm not alone. The attempt to cover up the complicity of the UK media's role in Jason Arday's death may be its sickest move yet.

1/ Yesterday Cofnas was supposedly an independent academic exposing corruption. Today the U.S. government is publicly threatening to review its relationship with Ghent on his behalf.
2/ So let's drop the mythology of the lonely whistleblower. Cofnas has institutional power behind him. He has platforms, media networks, political allies—and now diplomatic pressure. The “outsider” suddenly has an empire speaking for him.
Remember - those marathons that Arday did run 16 years ago, that did happen, were to raise money for charity. Meanwhile all the hound dogs and crap journos could say was “prove it”. And when we did “i don’t believe you”
1/ @nathancofnas, the racist eugenicist puppet, is dangerous but look at the network around him: U.S. diplomatic power, “academic-freedom organisations”, right-wing political figures, media personalities, race-science networks, Aporia and the Human Diversity Foundation...
It's so important to understand the power behind Cofnas. It's NOT normal for a US govt mission to threaten a university investigating a post-doc. Cofnas has always been just the face of powerful networks that lynched Arday. Networks that are entrenched in politics & media.
One of the first "outrageous" claims I saw as Jason Arday's media hounding unfolded was that he ran 30 marathons in 35 days!
Wow!
What a thing to claim!
And the newspapers all suggested there was no evidence he actually did it.
Well, they clearly didn't look very hard 🙄

Those such as myself who pointed out a power network behind Cofnas were ridiculed as conspiracy theorists. Now the big, stupid US state at the centre of the network wades in like Biff Tannen to threaten a Belgian university wanting rid of a postdoc 'race scientist'. Dark times.
I will remember a different Jason Arday, writes Simon Woolley
The millions of people around the world who encountered Professor Jason Arday through the deluge of toxic, often vitriolic headlines in recent weeks would never have known that he was one of the gentlest, most loving and decent human beings you could ever meet. How could they?
Barely a week before his death, I sat with Jason in a private room of a restaurant in Chinatown, London. He had insisted upon a discreet entrance, terrified of encountering what he called the “rabid media” who were hounding him. He had lost a frightening amount of weight. His dreadlocks were hidden. He was anxious even about being overheard. He held my hand.
“Simon,” he said quietly, “I’m the most boring man you’ll ever know. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. I don’t gamble. I don’t like arguing. I’m not a fighter. Why are they doing this to me?” That question should trouble us all.
