What happened, gents? You used to be at the forefront of tech news. Seems you’ve shifted to sponsored content, audience targeting and content distribution for corporate clients. You are That’s fine if so but it must be made known to your readers.
All journalists & media houses account for their editorial decisions, and yours needs some explanation. Your’e hardly an independent media houses now, no? You’re a marketing agency.

. @StandardBankZA is sharing my payment information with unauthorized users. When asked why I get put into a loop of internal departments “please advise” but no resolution. Three follow ups, 1 week later and still no answers. I’m concerned about the systems at SBSA…
@StandardBankZA@iamsimonngubeni I disagree. I’ve waited over a week to a response on why confidential account transaction information is being shared with unauthorized users. I’ve had to follow up three times with no response (or just watching the matter being forwarded between various internal departments).
Getting the run around again from @StandardBankZA business banking. Cannot access accounts, permissions have been changed (has happened numerous times) and now cannot load beneficiaries or make payments. Statements for accounts not available for over a week now.. just blaming us!

So feedback from social media team. Please contact MTN business. The same people I’ve been contacting the last 18+ months who said they’d cancelled it then and just direct me back to retentions. Who do not perform the cancellation and just ignore emails.
So @MTNza I’ve spent over 18 months trying to cancel a number that my business no longer uses. I’ve gone in store 4 times, emailed 6+ times and have had no success. Business account manager offered to assist with anything but cancellations. Keep getting told to email retentions?
Go into store again today after being told that it’ll be handled after visiting @MTNza on the 19th to follow up. Told to follow up with retentions again.. which I’ve been doing for over 18 months. They’re “doing their best”, “trying to help”…

The issue was resolved today after a week and 3 days of being unable to make payments. I was able to go to @FNBSA, apply for a business account, go through compliance, load funds and make my first payment before @StandardBankZA managed to resolve their platform error.
