First, you place an order on Zomato, then wait for 2 hours, and after that the rider cancels the order. After that, you are again asked to wait for the refund. This is totally fraudulent and a very disappointing experience with Zomato. @zomato@jagograhakjago@zomatocare

Very disappointed with @KotakBankLtd. An amount was deducted from my account without any prior information. I called between 6тАУ7PM, spoke to an executive named Pooja, but she provided no details and transferred my call. After 10 minutes on hold, the call got disconnected.
