@AmericanAir What kind of details do you need? This entire trip has been a problem since we first booked it. You guys cancel a lot of flights and appear to have no regard for the extra money we paid for first class. This was a trip for a family wedding. Customer service in phoenix is bad.

Never fly @AmericanAir ! They constantly overbook and cancel flights. And please don’t be mislead into paying for a first class fare. They’ll bump you to the back by the bathroom and give you a $137 refund and think that makes it all ok. What a joke their service is.

Never ever fly @Americanairlines. On this one round trip we’ve had 3 flight cancellations and on the last leg home we’ve been bumped from first class to having no seat on an oversold flight.
