In Fremantle yesterday with sheep & cattle heading to Jordan & Israel.
Industry leaders representing @SheepProducers, @CattleAus & @WAFarmers, members of Parliament, vets & members of Australian Veterinary Association took time to come see the industry & #AnimalWelfare standards.
@Sheep_Central As a young person passionate about Aussie ag, particularly the sheep industry, I am thankful that it’s rare someone attempts to discredit the genuine work of myself and @livestock_the. Thanks everyone for the support, we will keep sharing and uniting our voices.
In the latest episode of Behind the Beef we will be joined by Milly Nolan and Cam Parker, who through their roles in the industry are working to make change in terms of bettering and sustaining the industry in different ways. Listen here 👇

Any insinuation that reduced trading is due to lack of social licence does not reflect the industry that is today & the latest community sentiment data. Lower volumes can be attributed to high livestock prices, limited supply & reduced shipping timeframes. https://t.co/TGrvDL6mnJ

Farmers feeding sheep oranges in Mildura area. These oranges didn’t meet quality standards (buggered if I could figure out why - sounds like too big and some too wrinkly??) so local farmers take them for their sheep. Good source of N apparently!
