@jamesmartinchef You don’t need to justify yourself to anyone! I’m sure people not in the public eye have a “bad day” and no one knows about it! I hope you’re ok? x
@ClarionSupport I shouldn’t have to give you my
Personal details … I work for the police! I’ll give you my address that should be enough… 26 Elder Field, CM777TZ
@ClarionSupport well, I’ve not water upstairs! I can’t flush my toilet without carrying water up the stairs to fill the cistern! I’m 54, disabled and now going into my 6th hour of waiting for an “emergency” plumber! Good job there’s no water running down the walls!
@ClarionSupport Apologies don’t help when you work for the Emergency Services and are a shift worker unable to clean yourself after a shift!!! ONCR AGAIN, shocking customer service…. Clarion is a sinking ship!!
@NinaChristal@ClarionSupport@HousingOmbuds I’ve had to pay £290 to be able to live in my house! They phoned me 4 days after the problem happened and told me Robert heath do emergencies! Why wasn’t I given the tel num then!!!! #clarionhousing shocking!!!
@ClarionSupport I would like to speak to someone! I was told my situation wasn’t an emergency! I beg to differ, it’s a human right, and having spent the whole day trying to call the normal clarion number to receive a msg stating “due to critical incident we are unable to take your call” shocking
@ClarionSupport and now my boiler is not heating my hot water, I’ve called the emergency line but it’s “not an emergency” it just gets better clarion!!!
@Clarion_Group looks like I will have to pay to get it fixed myself! I’m going to write to the BBC about this! I am registered disabled also! They expect me to heat water and carry it upstairs! I can’t do that
@Clarion_Group tried to report my boiler not heating my water and this is not deemed an emergency, you can’t call someone during the day as the phone lines don’t work, you can only call the emergency line
