@BoVanston@SteadtlerA58435@Demon_Realms I can say first hand, 90% of hwy 33 (alaska highway) seems to still be the original army road lmao. bit rough for sure
Justin Gaethje was literally in the Oval Office before his fight, looking at the actual Declaration of Independence.
Then he walked out as a 6-to-1 underdog and beat the piss out of his opponent to win the first undisputed championship of his career.
I genuinely don't care what your politics are. That's one of the coolest sequences of events I've ever seen in sports.
Am I really supposed to think this isn't awesome because people decided to make it political?
@DeesVaccine@willyt027@TommoMcCluskey but thats not what happened. as you said, shit happens. Every other team solved it, telling their drivers to slow down to avoid a penalty.
How can you punish that after the fact with hindsight as context? If the rules aren't applied right, they at least need to be applied fair
@DeesVaccine@willyt027@TommoMcCluskey Not that I like it, but there's a difference between a few hours and days. Look at Saudi 23 and Japan 2019, both were total fiascos. Unless it's a adding a penalty/DQ, a race result should never change after the fact.
@DeesVaccine@willyt027@TommoMcCluskey but is this what we want f1 turning into? there is nothing worse than a race result being changed days later, this should not be encouraged. it should be figured out on the track.
@HRH_SHP Now, Im not saying it's a good defence, he definitely is guilty, but this exact thing happened to me in middle school. I wasnt too shocked by it before seeing everyone on twitter.
@JGMerc@lordvictor Throughout history, SERE has constantly relied on using local civilians for resources and intelligence. If anything, this is realistic SERE tactics.
@JCeacc@shoradin riga barely gets below -10. Where I live (not in that 99% along the border), -30 in the winter isnt abnormal. its been 36 all week. get an AC ffs
