@JamboRyan1874 I agree with this actually but I don’t think he will go to gers as unlike shanks and del, he doesn’t have the history and I don’t think the money / bench warming would justify the likely perceived betrayal of HMFC. I wish him well and hope he takes up a gig in the USA.
@GINGER_ROCKET99@2147mill You clearly have have limited grasp or appreciation for dynamic and varied investment strategies and risk appetites. Now trot of out of this thread and take your £5 Disney portfolio with you.
@GINGER_ROCKET99@2147mill I’m neither. It may have escaped your attention but the space and defence markets have dipped around 20-30% this last 8 weeks. I sold the top and will re-enter when low is confirmed. If you don’t understand something, maybe sit out the conversation, watch and learn.
@powelly_wwfc No disrespect intended but not everyone consumes an ISA in the same way. Many people apply active risk management to secure bigger returns by buying the dips and selling the highs or sit out downtrends / periods of volatility. Many Dollar Cost Average (DCA) into an investment.
@MrReeceballa Remember the different types of investors. Good for long term holders and bad for those who apply shorter term strategies ie sell the peak, load up on dip. This is not good at all for every trader type.
@Marblechops79@RanTeeThree@rufc2022 There is talk of them being included in the ‘cash’ bracket but guess it will be something that will come out in the detail.
@MartinSLewis ISA is a simple product which they are about to over complicate. Exiting a position for cash and for risk management purposes inside a tax wrapper should not incur tax.
@GorgieTalk Wanted to believe he was one of us but alas we were hoodwinked. The only good thing about this betrayal is the fact he outed himself as an imposter. We don’t like imposters.
