@matt_horncastle Yes, I do, on the basis that they are the top-performing individuals in their roles and outperform based on the results and value they add to them.
Case study; Auckland NZ, broadly the market is stagnant. Perth property is closely correlated to mining cycles, if there is a downturn in industry people simply don’t live there. If that doesn’t happen, no one like to loose $ on houses so it stays stagnant for a long period of time.
Is a new golden age on the horizion? with Trump’s America leading? He met Xi, not with empty words.. but flanked by world business leaders who are already onside. Maduro captured. Iran confronted, Hormuz secured. NATO “allies” exposed as takers who won’t even back the USA. Maybe a future where no more proxy wars are fought while America feeds China’s oil needs. Real energy security. New alignments. Less chaos. History will be far kinder to Trump. Humanity may win in the long term. The ideologues still cling to the old hijacked system and do not see it. #Trump #GoldenAge #AmericaFirst #MAGA #NATO #EnergySecurity #Trump2028 #NewWorldOrder
Matthew, you recently sat down with Luxon and shared a meal together. Posting this online is one thing, but what’s the objective behind it?
Are you planning to enter politics, with these being policies you genuinely believe should be implemented? Or are you using your success and political influence to push views you believe in. views which, for the record, I largely agree with?
@CelestinKibeya@minportefeuille@cominiereSA $AVZ would be an operating mine now, with locals as employees. YOU then sold it off to #zijin for cold cash, distributed this cash to the countries elite - nothing left for the people/community☹️.
USA pressure ramps up. Lol.
Seems your days are numbered. Good for all, Mr fall guy
