If you were to eliminate fraud, waste and abuse, I don’t think you’d have a funding issue. The wealthy elite would be more than willing to fund many of these initiatives. But these people are extremely wealthy for a reason. They’re not going to do that under our current system knowing their contributions will solve nothing.
