The RSCC (Republican State Central Committee) is elected and sets Republican party policy in Louisiana. The RPEC (Republican Parish Executive Committee) is elected and represents Republican voters at the parish level.

Republican elected leaders are supposed to answer to both.

At the last RSCC meeting on Saturday, June 13, 2026 there were enough votes to endorse John Fleming.

Letlow/ Landry could not be bothered to answer a questionnaire from elected EBR RPEC members, the people closest to Republican voters in Louisiana. (They endorsed Fleming.)

The establishment suppressed the endorsement of the people at the top. Letlow/ Landry ignored the people at the bottom.

Julia Letlow and the Landry machine do not answer to you. To whom do they answer?
