Also to add that this was delivered an hour after ordering even though the restaurant was less than a km away from my place.
The restaurant didn't seem to be at fault since they had prepared food in less than 10 minutes of ordering.
The food was with them ready.

Not Assigning delivery partners even though the food is ready for more than 30 minutes. Assigning customer service representatives after 8-10 minutes who send mechanical responses after 4-5 minutes.

What kind of customer service is this?
