@Vodacom111 23 July 2024 I took a contract with you, which I regret. 1. I wanted to keep my existing number and not have a new contract number which turned out to be impossible to do after I even port it vodacom I am still sitting with 2 Sims (and my 3rd is not in my phone)
2. End of August my installment was not debited for reason known to you and end of September I was debited twice but now on credit bureau I am in arears (why spoil my credit bureau profile for your fault)

@alexforbes I'm interested in knowing who successfully logged on and claimed cause wowww for the whole 3 days, first I struggled to login and when I could profile was not loading and when it did claim button just crashed the system, now back to can't login

@MTNza I have been trying to blacklist a phone since tuesday 4th of december, got ITC number that day which turned out to be incorrect, got another one on Friday from the branch I did blacklist from which also turned out to be incorrect.
Was later told that the phone is not blacklisted. To cut a long story short, almost 2 weeks since my phone was stolen I still yet to receive ITC number & phone still not blacklisted
