It’s been 18 days. 18 days since we learned the true nature of the people we walk among. How to feel? How to process? How to proceed? Numbness. Shock. Rage. Disbelief. But even as I type those words- shock, disbelief- I’m not convinced that they’re true.

18 days. Still frozen. It’s different. We saw justice on the horizon. I think the result of having that snatched from us is the best explanation of this … strangeness. It’s deeper. A deep seething. Loathing? Yes. Despair? Surprisingly- not so much.
