The one thought I had the entire time was that the only person who could get me out of this is myself
Don't ever give up on yourself
These things take time
They say “build it and they will come.”
I built it.
They didn’t come.
So now I’m learning ways to make them come, and everything in between.
Indie dev life is just… startup school in disguise.
Just updated my App Store screenshots for Paraphrase Tool, hoping they boost conversions.
But here’s the thing… what I think looks good might not be what you notice first.
Mind taking a peek? 👇

App Store Search behaviour going weird as I read…
Now experiencing it myself:
•My app shows up in top search suggestions across multiple localizations
•But when I click on the exact search term… I’m nowhere in the actual results
Any idea how to fix?
Not every app will go viral. Not every launch will be a hit.
But every project teaches you something that makes the next one better.
Keep building. Keep learning.
If your idea is taken, it’s good.
90% developers fail because they build products for problems that don’t exist.
The fastest way to make money is copying an existing product! They did the hard work and validated the problem.
You just want to make your product different:
- for specific customers you care about
- a different pricing (subs vs one time)
- an untapped marketing channel
The hard part isn’t the competition.
The hard part is getting attention.
Go ship that startup!
No matter what anyone says, this guy is fu**in genius.
He is better than any AI.
When people are struggling to find a job, he is switching jobs like clothes.
Absolute Legend.
